What format are the downloadable photos in?

All Perfect PHOTOBOOTH Gallery photos are in JPG format. Downloadable images are great for sharing in digital format, or displaying in a digital picture frame, but are not suitable for high quality printing.

How do I get a password to see images taken at an event I attended?

The password is provided to the organiser of the event, who always has complete control over who has access to images and who doesn't. If the organiser so chose, the password may have been provided to you along with the photos you were given at the event. Please contact the organiser of the event if you didn't get a password at the time.

How do I pay for images or prints?

Payments taken on the website are processed by PayPal.

If you don't have a PayPal account you will have the option to use your credit card to pay. If you prefer to pay offline, click on the Cheque or Money Order option in the cart and you will be given instructions about sending payment. Orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each of our products in individually made on an order by order basis, and because they are printed with images which are personal to you, we cannot offer a refund other than in the unlikely event that the item provided is in some way faulty.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the photos that I download?

Yes, there are. The copyright on all photos remains with Perfect PHOTOBOOTH or the photographer who took the photos. This means that you are not allowed to copy the images other than for your personal use. You cannot distribute them, reproduce them or use them in any commercial way without prior permission.

My photo is on the site and I'd really prefer that it wasn't - can it be removed?

Certainly. Just contact us quoting details of the picture or pictures and we will remove them as soon as possible (usually the same day).
